由教育部中外语言交流合作中心研制的《中国文化国情教学参考框架》对中国文化和当代国情的教学内容和目标进行梳理和描述，旨在为海内外大中小学、孔子学院（课堂）和其他中文教学机构在文化课程设置、课堂教学、教材编写、学习者文化能力测评等方面提供参考和依据。它是国际中文教育领域第一部文化教学的参考框架，力求全面、系统、客观地介绍中国文化和当代国情，为促进文明交流互鉴、丰富世界文化多样性、构建人类命运共同体方面做出贡献。 The Center for Language Education and Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the CLEC) of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has researched and written the Framework of Reference for Chinese Culture and Society in International Chinese Language Education  (hereinafter referred to as the Framework of Reference), which defines and specifies the contents and goals of teaching Chinese culture and contemporary national conditions to provide a framework of reference for cultural courses, classroom teaching, textbook compilation and assessing students’ cultural competence in primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, Confucius Institutes (classrooms) and other Chinese-teaching institutions at home and abroad. As the first framework of reference of its kind used in international Chinese language education, the Framework of Reference intends to provide a comprehensive, systematic, and objective introduction to Chinese culture and contemporary society and make contributions to promoting exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations, enriching the world’s cultural diversity, and building a community of shared future for humanity.
